Saturday, April 25

9:20am - Yoga Central will be providing stretching prior to the walk
9:30am - Vendor/sponsor booths open
9:40am - KWCH12 Morning Anchor, Scott Evans, takes the stage as emcee
10:00am - WALK BEGINS, led by the Autism Ambassadors and their families
10:30am - Awards ceremony and food vendors will begin selling
10:45am - 102.1 The Bull's Brian Jennings, "Post-Walk Celebration" emcee, takes stage
11:00am - Dorothy's Revenge will play your favorite hits from the 70s and 80s onstage
12:00pm - Final announcements and recognition
12:30pm - Vendor/sponsor booths and food trucks close

T-shirt pick-up

T-shirt pick-up is in the Heartspring Conference Center April 20-24.

  • Mon. & Tues. (April 20 & 21) | 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Wednesday (April 22) | 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Thursday (April 23) | 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Friday (April 24) | 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

T-shirts may also be purchased during all pick-up times for $8/ea or 2 for $15

**Please note: t-shirts that are NOT picked up during the t-shirt pick-up times will be forfeited and added to inventory to be available for purchase at the Autism CARE Walk.**

About the CARE Program

The Community of Autism Resources and Education (CARE) Program staff provide programs, outreach training and consultations, as well as develop and disseminate information focused on building the capacity of families, local communities, organizations, agencies and businesses to support individuals across the autism spectrum in typical school, home, work and community settings. The CARE Program strives to embrace the community with resources that ultimately enhance the lives of those impacted by an autism spectrum disorder.
