| Team Sam is here to help! Diagnosed at age two with autism, Sam and his family and friends have been working hard to get great interventions for him and others, and to raise awareness in the Kansas community. His Gram, Carol Rohloff has just accepted a position with Heartspring as the onsite Physician's Assistant. We will all be proud to walk and raise money for this cause that is very near and dear to our hearts. Team Sam is: Gretchen and Sean DiGiovanni (mom and dad), Jack, Paul, and Sam (the amazing triplet DiGiovanni boys), and Gram and Grandpa Dick Rohloff (who are wonderful!). Please help us support this inspiring cause. | |
