In addition to collecting pledges through your CARE Fundraising Page, you may also collect pledges offline by cash or check. Checks should be made out to Heartspring. 

A pledge form, available in PDF format, must be filled out and turned in with your collected pledges. Include all donor information as we will send your donors a tax receipt. Make sure your name and team name (if applicable) is included on the form. 

We encourage you to mail or deliver your pledge form and pledges prior to the walk to the Heartspring offices during regular business hours. You may do this as often as you like.

Walkers can continue to raise funds for the Autism CARE Walk until April 23 - all pledges must be received by Heartspring by that date so that we can determine the fundraising winners in each category. The Autism CARE Walk website will accept donations through April 30. However, only pledges that are received by April 23 will count toward medals and plaques.
