Thank you for supporting the Heartspring CARE Walk! Each registered walker who raises at least $25 in pledges qualifies to receive a CARE Walk t-shirt and walker bag as our way of saying thank you for your fundraising efforts. Please note that you must be a registered walker and personally raise at least $25 in pledges to qualify. Here are the steps to earning your t-shirt and walker bag:

1. Register as a walker or complete and mail in a registration form. When you register, you will be able to choose a team to join or create your own team. Each member will be able to set up their own personal fundraising page to help raise donations for their team. Donations will be credited to both the individual walker and added to their team's goal.
2. Each registered walker must personally raise at least $25 in donations toward their team's goal to qualify for a t-shirt and walker bag. 
3. Once you have raised $25 in fundraising, you will be able to select your t-shirt size from the T-Shirts tab on your personal fundraising page. This allows us to make sure that we order the right size for you.
4. Please note that t-shirts are earned by individual walkers, not teams. Each team member must personally raise $25 to qualify for a t-shirt and walker bag.
5. Only one t-shirt can be earned by each individual walker. Walkers will not earn a t-shirt for every $25 they raise.
6. Teams do not earn t-shirts; only individual team members earn t-shirts for themselves.      

For example:

    Team Cure Autism has four members raising a total of $100.00.

    Individually, they have raised and qualified for:
        Amy     $25.00 (she has qualified for one t-shirt)
        Billy      $50.00 (he has qualified for one t-shirt)
        Cara     $10.00 (she does not qualify for a t-shirt)
        Dan      $15.00 (he does not qualify for a t-shirt)

Earning T-shirts for children on your team:

If you are a parent who has included one or more minor children who could not register themselves on your registration form, you can earn t-shirts for those children. In this case only, you will earn a t-shirt for one child on your team for every $25.00 you raise.

For example:

    Ann registers herself and her son, Bobby, age 3, at the same time on the same online form. Bobby is unable to fundraise for himself, but will walk.
    When she raises $50.00 she and Bobby will both get a shirt. 

Additional T-shirts will be available for purchase at the CARE Walk.
